Do you accept returns?

Yes, if for any reason you wish to return the product, we will happily refund you the full amount. No questions asked. Or perhaps we will ask a question or two, but this is only to improve our service and product.

Returns

You can return items within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item should be unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we will process your refund to your original method of payment.

Please allow a few days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges

If your item is defective or damaged, we will happily arrange a replacement. Please contact us to organise this.

Shipping returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
